BabaalawoIfa (including its websites, platforms, partners, or affiliated practitioners),
you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are established to ensure transparency,
respect, spiritual integrity, and mutual understanding between you (the Client) and Babaalawoifa (the Platform).

Scope of Services

These terms apply to all services offered, including but not limited to:

Nature of Services

Client Rights and Responsibilities

  • The Client agrees to provide accurate and truthful information for all services.

  • The Client agrees to communicate honestly and participate respectfully in the process.

Confidentiality

Babaalawoifa respects client privacy and does not knowingly disclose personal information without consent.
However, spiritual consultations are not legally privileged communications.

Record Retention

Client records (written, audio, video, or digital) may be retained for a minimum period of one (1) year
for spiritual or administrative purposes.

Limited Liability

Babaalawoifa makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the outcomes of spiritual services.
Under no circumstances shall Babaalawoifa be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Right to Refuse Service

Babaalawoifa reserves the right to accept or refuse any client or service request at its discretion.

Medical Disclaimer

Services are strictly spiritual in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any
physical or psychological condition, nor replace professional medical care.

Ethical Disclaimer

Return & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of divination and ritual services, all sales are final.
No refunds or cancellations are permitted once a service has been booked or initiated.
